History
FAMILY OWNED SINCE ‘78
A destination as legendary as Deer Creek Lodge isn’t built overnight. Established in 1978, the lodge began building its worldwide reputation as a must-visit bird hunting destination. Purchased by the Smith family in 2003, Deer Creek Lodge has since expanded its offerings, renovated its lodging, and mastered the art of genuine southern hospitality. We hope to see you at the lodge soon!
A place to gather
Currently managed by the Smith family, Deer Creek Lodge continues to focus on sharing the love of the outdoors with friends, family, and coworkers all over the world. Offering bird hunts of various skill levels to accommodate teaching moments for that first hunt, hard flying birds for the novice, and everything in between. Let Deer Creek do the heavy lifting so you can take in the scenery, revel in adventure, and relax in private luxury.
Today, the same passion and determination that’s been integral since 1978 is still at work adding to the amazing experience you’ll enjoy here, on and off the field.
